We’re pleased to confirm that we have extended our infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific and Oceania regions to enhance service resiliency and failover capability. This upgrade is already live for Operator Connect customers.

Direct Routing:
To benefit from the enhanced resiliency, Direct Routing customers must update their Microsoft Teams tenant configuration. Our PMO team is contacting customers with presence in the affected regions and will provide the required details.
