Scheduled

We want to inform you about an upcoming maintenance activity related to Microsoft's certificate changes. As part of this change, Microsoft is transitioning from the Baltimore CyberTrust Root Thumbprint (SHA1) certificate to the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate.

Rest assured that if you are using LoopUp's hosted services, there will be no action required as our hosted Session Border Controllers (SBCs) already have the correct certificate authority (CA) in place.

For customers using an on-premises SBC supported by LoopUp, we are actively ensuring your SBC aligns with Microsoft's certificate changes. In most cases, no action will be required as SBCs are typically deployed with both CAs. However, if your SBC was deployed before Microsoft's announcement, we will reach out to schedule necessary maintenance to update the certificate.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this maintenance activity, please contact our support team at support@loopup.com. We are here to assist you and provide guidance.
